Wekfest USA: Multiple Cities, USA

If you’re a Japanese culture and cars fan, you’ve probably already heard of Wekfest. If not, then now is the time to start planning your trip. This annual event is held in various cities around the United States, and it features some of the best Japanese cars on the market. From sleek sports cars to classic Japanese imports, Wekfest has something for everyone.

One of the highlights of Wekfest USA is the opportunity to see some of the most highly modified and customized JDM vehicles in person. Many of the cars on display have been extensively modified with performance upgrades and custom body kits, making them truly one-of-a-kind.

The Japanese Classic Car Show: Long Beach, CA

Held annually in California, this show features hundreds of beautifully restored Japanese vehicles from the 1960s, 70s, and 80s. In addition to its impressive lineup of cars, the Japanese Classic Car Show (or JCCS) is an excellent opportunity to experience some of Southern California’s sunshine!

The JCCS features a wide variety of vehicles on display, from classic sports cars to family sedans, all of which have been restored to their original condition. Many of the cars on display at the event are rare and hard to find, making it a unique opportunity to see these vehicles in person.

Typically, you'll also find a swap meet area, where people can buy and sell parts, accessories and other car-related items. It's a great place to find hard-to-find parts for your own classic car restoration project.

Importfest: Toronto, Canada

We couldn't forget one for our Canadian JDM enthusiasts! Importfest takes place in Toronto, Canada and features a wide variety of JDM vehicles on display, including cars from popular brands such as Honda, Toyota, and Nissan.

The event attracts car enthusiasts of all ages and backgrounds, and is considered one of the biggest car show events in Canada.

Importfest 2023 promises to be an exciting event, with a wide variety of JDM vehicles on display, including classic cars, sports cars, and modified vehicles. In addition to the car show, there will be also vendors selling car-related merchandise, food trucks and live music performances. SEMA Show: Las Vegas, NV

The Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show is not specifically a JDM car show, but it features a wide variety of vehicles on display, including JDM cars and car-related products, and it takes place annually in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

It is considered one of the largest trade shows in the automotive industry, and if you're a JDM enthusiast, it will not disappoint.

On top of seeing some of the most brilliantly modified vehicles you'll see all year, you'll also have a a chance to talk to lots of vendors and discover the latest automotive products. While the majority of the show is an industry-only event, you'll be able to purchase tickets for the final day of the show. Just be prepared to bring your walking shoes if you want to see everything at SEMA in one day!
