ExoShield offers a suite of premium automotive protection products including a variety of windshield protection and paint protection films. If you own an automotive protection or restyling business, you can purchase ExoShield films by the roll, and consumers have access to our DIY kits for a limited number of vehicles.
ExoShield GT3+ is applied using the same skills and tools needed to apply window tint. Anyone with a clean operation and sufficient tinting experience can learn to install ExoShield. While ExoShield is considerably thicker than traditional window tint, we've engineered ExoShield to be shrinkable just like tint. The main modification you'll need to make to your installation process is to use more heat when shrinking to compensate for ExoShield's added thickness.

ExoShield's windshield protection products are clear, durable films made up of Alchemy's proprietary technology. It is a layered laminate film that consists of a nano-composite hardcoat, a flexible shock -absorbing substrate, and a strong ultra-clear adhesive. We offer both PET based windshield protection films (GT3+, ULTRA) as well as TPU based films (SPRINT).
It is! GT3+ has hydrophobicity built into its top layer, which means that water will roll more easily off of the surface. To enhance the hydrophobic effect, you can apply additional ceramic coatings onto your GT3+ or ULTRA film. For the list of approved coatings, click here.
Yes! GT3+ is designed and tested in Canada, where we have freezing cold winters of -40C and hot summers of +40C. We also have partners all over the world who provide us with real-world performance information. Once GT3+ has been installed and has fully cured, it should not be affected by high heat and humidity, snow and ice, or ice scrapers etc.
