We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with your ExoShield ULTRA DIY kit! We will do our best to find a solution for you.
For warranty information on ExoShield purchases made through a certified ExoShield installer, please refer to our GT3 warranty policy.
Unopened ExoShield ULTRA kits can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund. To submit your return online, email us at help@getexoshield.com and someone from our team will provide a shipping label free of charge for our preferred shipping carrier.
If your ExoShield ULTRA package arrives damaged, do not open the package, simply initiate a return and we will ship a replacement kit to you immediately, free of charge!
Every purchase of ExoShield ULTRA comes with a Limited Product Warranty that protects for 2 years against manufacturing defects. In the event of a valid warranty claim, ExoShield will replace your ExoShield ULTRA kit, free of charge.
